Indulge in comfort and style in this well-appointed unit with a king bedroom, full kitchen, in unit laundry, and huge balcony with stunning mountain views.
The Space:
This is a brand-new building. Landscaping may not be completed by the time of your stay. While construction on this building is complete, there is still construction occurring on the neighbouring buildings and as a result some construction noise may be heard during the daytime hours. Prices reflect the current state of the surrounding area.
With free underground parking, a fitness room, outdoor hot tub and more this is the perfect spot for couples, friends or individual travellers to enjoy the perfect mountain getaway.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown’s Main Street is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.
Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).

Such an amazing place! Great location, just a short drive from Banff but with its own unique charm, too. The property manager was extremely quick to respond and wonderfully helpful. One of the best places we've stayed!
Our stay was wonderful. The place was clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect location. The beautiful view was an unexpected bonus! And our host was excellent! Very happy and satisfied.
We were there to see the National Parks. Great location! Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance even a nice little grocery store! Parking was under the building very clean and well lit. Very nice to have elevator for luggage. You can walk to downtown for shops and a lot more restaurants. One of our favorites was !883 great food!We highly recommend this owner/property!
