Absolutely beautiful place. Had great views of the mountains. Was very conveniently located and the host was so nice and quick with replies. I would stay here again absolutely.

We paid a hefty price for very sub-standard accommodation. The room felt old and tired and the mattress was the same. No one on site and no note left. The owner had the wrong dates for us. Had to contact VRBO twice for assistance. To say we were disappointed in our stay is an understatement.

Room is in need of an update. Bed is beyond usefulness, refrigerator leaks, temporary AC unit in window is cumbersome when getting out of bed and the hairdryer is broken and trips the outlet.

I stayed here while visiting Banff during peak July season. I didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it met my needs and was more affordable than staying in Banff. The listing says studio, but it is essentially a hotel room. I enjoyed my stay!

It was ok. General State quite old. Matrass not very comfortable and it took time before we knew in which appartment we would stay as the réception couldn’t help us.

Kitchen appliances were adequate but silverware was old/broken. Forks came apart first time used. Access to unit was very difficult as code provided did not work. Finally got hold of hostess after more than three hours standing in hallway at 10pm to obtain new door code. DIRECT PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED FOR NEXT TIME!!!!!!
