The Space:
If quality, space and convenience are important to you, this is the perfect apartment for your Rocky mountain adventure. Pictures do not do justice to the downtown location and the stunning views from every window. Perfectly located within a short walk to downtown with its great restaurants & bars, coffee shops, galleries and shopping. For the fundamentals, you are literally across the parking lot from a supermarket plus liquor store, and Shoppers Drug Mart is across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including local Eclipse coffee (and a grinder to make it fresh!), tea, sugar, condiments and all the kitchen basics. The bathrooms are stocked with local lush Public Goods and Rocky Mountain Soap Company body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luxury hotel bed and bath linens professionally laundered to ensure maximum cleanliness give you comfort and peace of mind. A brand new sofa bed in the living room is perfect for kids or extra guests (new pictures to come soon). One dedicated parking space just outside the building, plus extra parking in the adjacent Save On parking lot.

Railway Avenue is so close to downtown Canmore, yet easily accessible for quick getaways to the local ski hills in the morning by either your personal vehicle, or the Roam bus which is directly opposite the condo (with connections in Banff to Sunshine and Lake Louise).
Getting Around:
Free local Roam transit is available within Canmore, with connections to Banff and Lake Louise (fares apply). Legacy Trail bike path to Banff is a few minutes ride away. Canmore is highly walkable, with dedicated paths for both foot traffic and bikes all over town. Bikes can be rented from Gear Up on Bow Valley Trail, or Sports Expert just across the street. Or grab a fat bike from Rebound Cycles on Main St and try out the trails in winter!

Location for convenience can’t be beat. Views from the south-facing windows are spectacular! Lots of space for families. Easy and quick communication with host. Can’t wait to stay here again!
This property is exactly as it is advertised. It is clean and fully furnished with everything you need to make you feel at home. The check in process was easy, the location is conveniently close to supermarkets, liquor store, and restaurants. I highly recommend this vacation property.
We stayed here during a 3 day ski trip with our kids. The location is ideal and close to amenities. Park, Unpack, Walk across the street to get groceries - and just a short walk into town. From the moment we booked communication was great and continued that way until check out. The unit is very clean, well appointed with a very stocked kitchen. Definitely would stay here again.

The place was perfect for my wife and I for our much needed break from the rat race. Everything and I mean everything is walking distance, groceries, restaurants, shops, whatever you need can be walked to within 5 minutes or less. The view at the condo and anywhere in town is amazing. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the condo has literally everything you need. Looking forward to coming back.
The property was in a great location with a wonderful view. The main areas were very clean (sheets, kitchen, etc) but the unit could use a deep cleaning. The straight back chair in the dining area with the white cushion was filthy. The main bath smelled so badly with mold we did not use it at all. The unit was within walking distance to downtown and grocery stores. We didn't know where to put the garbage so ended up putting it in public trash can. Overall it was a great property with just a little deep cleaning TLC it would have been perfect.
We enjoyed Canmore area and so glad we stayed south of the town of Banff. This area had some great food/drink options. 2 grocery stores in the same plaza for easy prep for hiking days. Great mountain views- the view out the window even inspired us to do some great local hiking in Canmore. Assigned parking was convenient. Multi unit building around retail- even with windows open for air flow it was quiet at night. It was clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Lots of things like the patio, grill, washer, dryer that we didn’t have time for but well equipped. Would book here again. Management team responsive and very thorough directions so no confusion at check-in or check out.

The view from all windows is awe inspiring. This was a much better choice than many of the newer condos for this reason alone. Most other rentals have views blocked by other buildings - but not here.
The only downside to the rental is traffic noise. I live in the county, so the busy street in front was distracting - but there's nothing to be done about that & it definitely didn't disrupt our holiday.
I can't say enough good things about this management company. Their emails were informative, thorough & on point. Any questions I had were responded to right away.

We were looking for a "home away from home" for our stay where we would have a comfortable home base for our trip to Banff and the surrounding area. This listing fit the bill. The accommodations were exactly what we were expecting. The location is amazing, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, easy access to public transportation, a dedicated parking spot that was easy to access. After popping in and out of the town of Banff several times on the trip, we were thankful to have a VRBO in Canmore that was less fussy and crowded. When we come back to the area again, we would definitely consider renting in Canmore and at this VRBO; we hope it's available!
This condo is located in such an ideal spot, easily accessed to downtown (so easy to walk to restaurants and shops) and is spacious and clean. We loved our stay here and I would soon book again the next time I’m in town.

What a beautiful town in which to stay! We were there for a couple of nights and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We had a tiny glitch with the keypad working but Jane was instantly available and resolved the issue immediately. All the information and instructions were very clear and accessible. Enjoyed the condo so much!
We stayed for 2 nights. Getting into the property was easy. In the instructions to get into the building it says the keypad is to the left of the door, however it’s to the right of the door.
Walking into the condo, it felt clean & cozy. The kitchen has a lot of storage space & is stocked with cups, cutlery, etc. The bedrooms have lots of storage space as well, lots of drawers if needed for an extended stay or to have things put away. The bed linens were clean & the beds were comfortable.
I’d like to make note of a few things as I like to read reviews and hear it all. It’s quite dull in the condo, it could use more lighting. It’s a cozy feel but I prefer brighter, especially in the dark winter. The walls are very dirty, & dinged up in several places. While the condo was surface cleaned it could use a deep clean. The carpet was stained & dirty. The floor had marker scribbled on it by the table. Underneath the couch was pretty gross, I don’t think it’s been cleaned underneath for quite sometime. We found a bobby pin on the counter in bathroom, lip balm on the window sill in living room, & an old receipt under the bed. I’m not trying to pick things apart, but when I have to pay for the cleaning after we leave, I do expect it to be more thoroughly cleaned prior to us staying, otherwise what we paid was too much in my opinion.
Great location with close access to amenities. Panoramic view of the mountains was breathtaking. It was nice to be able to walk to main street just 2 blocks away. The unit felt dated and could use a refresh. Beds and linens were excellent.
This condo is in a great location - walking distance to downtown and many other amenities. It's in a busier location, but we didn't notice the noise at all. The corner unit with lots of windows provides lots of light and views of the mountains.
Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager was great. She was very responsive to emails. The kitchen is very well stocked, and with the two large bedrooms and bathrooms, it's a great place for either two couples or a family. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds, lots of storage space in bedrooms. Top notch communication with the manager. Had a little issue with the outside door and bedroom fan, both quickly resolved. We loved our time at the condo, only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely rent this again!
This is a wonderful condo. We have stayed in many rentals during our travels and I don’t believe any have been as well equipped as this one. The location (right next to grocery) and (so close to downtown) was a nice convenience. Mountain views from the windows were great too. Canmore is a charming mountain town with great shopping and dining. This condo is a comfortable place to return to after a day of exploring Canmore. We will be back and we will hope to rent this condo again.
