A pleasant 10-minute stream-side stroll from the shops and restaurants of Canmore, our beautiful and spacious one-bedroom, 1.5 bath condo provides everything you need for a welcoming and cozy stay.
Featuring a luxury queen mattress in the bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, pots and pans, and is well stocked with oils, vinegars, spices, etc., if you are inclined to cook your own meals.
The balcony has a gas BBQ and a couple of comfy Adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening.
The spa bathroom provides a soaker tub and separate shower to soothe aching muscles after a good day of enjoying the skill hills or hiking/biking trails.
Relax in the evenings in front of the beautiful stone fireplace, watch a movie, or enjoy a good book!
The building's amenities include a hot tub, free underground heated parking for 1 vehicle, and a workout facility.
For your convenience, we provide you with soaps, shampoo, detergents, a hairdryer, coffee, tea, etc.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you purchased Bear Spray, DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE UNIT. You will be charged $125 for us to dispose of it and you could be liable for improper use.
The thermostat must be left on. When heating the unit never above 24 degrees and never below 20 degrees when cooling it.
If you used the pullout couch, strip the sheets, before folding it back. Leave the sheets out for our cleaners to launder. Do not return the sheets to the bed bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo is in the new Spring Creek area and very quiet.
The condo is as advertised, had everything we needed and was so clean it sparkled!

We planned a three day getaway in the Rockies using this beautiful condo as our home base. It is perfectly situated, in excellent condition and so easy to book. This is our second stay at this location and we highly recommend it.

This condominium was near beautiful walking paths minutes from the quaint shopping district of Canmore. We loved it. Easy access to 4 national parks that were close by and exquisite. Very comfortable bed and executive bath and kitchen.
Absolutely perfect location and facilities for staying in Canmore, 5 minute walk into town surrounded by stunning views of the Canadian rockies. The apartment is a home away from home and was perfect for the 2 of us.

Very clean, modern, and comfortable condo in a new and quiet vacation community in Canmore. Walkable to main street with bars / restaurants / shopping. Check in process was seamless, everything we needed was provided, and Jorge was very responsive. Great spot for exploring Banff and other parks but much quieter and way less crowded than the town of Banff.
Everything about this reservation was excellent. The condo was exactly as outlined on the website. It had all the amenities and was perfect for two people. The check-in process was very smooth. The condo is centrally located so we could enjoy the beautiful trails and easily walk to restaurants, etc.
The condo is very nice, just as pictured. There are dishes, pans, and basic spices and oils for those who want to cook. There is a beautiful hot tub area with a mountain view. Management responded instantly to messages. There are several great restaurants right across the street or a few minutes walk away. Downtown is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Modern and fully equipped property, part of a very dense urban design recently constructed in Canmore, within 10 - 15 minutes walk from the main street of old Canmore via paths along a creek. Fireplace, washer/dryer, gas burners on the stove, comfortable shower and tub, bbq on balcony. Hot tub within shared property Absolutely everything needed for comfort.
Wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed our time at this condo and in Canmore. The unit was clean, the amenities were great, and it was easy to communicate with the host. We loved Canmore! Would recommend and would absolutely stay again!
