Great Stay with Pool & Parking

We had a lovely stay at this apartment! Access to the residence pool (hot tub) was a real plus! Be careful, there is not only the view of the air conditioning, but also the noise that goes with it (which is a shame). Access is very easy and the underground parking is really a plus.

We spent 6 nights and it had everything we needed. We were within walking distance of Canmore town centre. We stopped by the Rockie Rentals and was able to borrow bear spray and a national park pass for the many walks we did in the area. Loved our stay and would recommend it to others!

Exactly as described, Great Location

My family and I loved our stay. The place is exactly as described and a great location to get to Banff and especially downtown Canmore to explore. You definitely need to read the message about parking and finding the correct elevator in order to get to the suite but the instructions clearly tell you. Would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment booked through Rockies Rentals was great. However, what made this better than great was the exceptional customer service offered by Rockies Rentals. From the moment we booked they shared detailed information to support our trip. Any questions were immediately answered and nothing was too much trouble. This is how holiday rentals should work. They are a fantastic company to rent from as they ensured that the apartment was well equipped and helped to ensure our visit to the Rockies was perfect.

Since this was my first time booking through Vrbo, I was unsure how to proceed. However, I received the email with the instructions, and the person who took my call when I arrived at the location was very helpful. The only issue I had was that the TVs had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, it happened on the weekend outside business hours. I left early in the morning, and when I got back (around 7 pm), I couldn't watch any streaming services or any other channel. I reported the issue three times and no one got back to me since it was after hours (so it was not possible to fix). Next day it happened again, the TVs didn't connect to

Matched the pictures and the description, the condo was very clean. The only complaint is that the elevator was not working and we had to climb a few flights of stairs with our luggage. If I had been informed ahead of time I would have been more prepared.

The space was good, but the ventilation is poor. It was very hot all the time we stayed there and we were not able to leave the ventilation. The backup system was super noisy. Accommodation is ok. For the price (althoughin Canmore there is almost no accommodation below this price), I would have expected a little better. Thanks to our host, though. The instructions for the space and how to get there were very clear.

Short Getaway

I came for a short vacation getaway. This location was great as close to Banff. The apartment was clean and exactly what I was looking for. Being able to have the underground parking and with a bus stop right out front access was great! The only recommendation I would have is to include more information on how to access the pool facilities. I was confused when I went to go use it as my code did not work so I had to call for help. They were pretty quick on getting back but still lost out on over an hour of time waiting. So for those who are going know that you need a separate code to access the pool which you can get from reception. Other than this it was a great stay and I would highly recommend for anyone.

We really enjoyed this space and would absolutely stay again! Super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The units are really quiet—not once did I hear noise from a neighbouring unit. The hot tub is really large and wonderful to have access to. The area is also super walkable! Like other reviewers have said, be mindful that this space does not have a view (however this didn’t detract from our experience at all). It’s also important to understand that you’re not in a hotel (or similar) space. That means that there’s no one on site to help you with most issues like a front desk would. If you have a non-emergent issue after the Rockies Rentals business hours, you have to wait until the next day. With that being said, when this happened to us I received a phone call as soon as they opened and someone was down to help us in about an hour. The staff from Rockies Rentals were super friendly and they provided really detailed information about everything. All in all we would 100% stay again! :)

Mixed feelings about this review. I really enjoyed my stay until the last day. the place is just as described and nice, no complaints. Rockies Rentals was quite good to work with also. However, on the last night, the door lock broke and I could not get in the unit. It took a few hours to get assistance as the Solera front desk would not help and the emergency number wasn't working. Once I finally got a hold of a helpful person, they unlocked the door. But, getting to that point was very difficult. Regarding Solera, I've stayed a few times and each unit seems to need some maintenance. The theater is closed and the gym has limited hours. The staff is not helpful. Underground parking is great however.

Easy to get to. Easy parking. Unfortunately, we found the kitchen, bathroom and floors to be dirty. When booking I did not realize the view is the underside of a deck/mechanical equipment/ and the side of another building. I should have looked closer when booking. Additionally, the bed was extra, extra firm and the sleeper couch was uncomfortable. Communication from the owner/company was very good. Unfortunately the issues I perceived were not ones that could be fixed during our stay.
