Part of the beauty of a Nusa Havens villa is how openly it lives with its surroundings — glass doors that fold back, gardens that breathe into the living space, and the soft sounds of Bali all around you.



With that openness comes nature itself. Bali is a genuine tropical environment, and its wildlife is abundant and everywhere: geckos on the walls (a sign of good fortune here), butterflies through the garden, and ants or small insects that find their way in, especially in the warm, humid months. This is the true character of villa living anywhere on the island — not a fault, and not something any villa can fully keep out.



We treat the villa professionally every four weeks, far more often than most, which keeps it gently in check; and the bedrooms close fully and are air-conditioned, so you always have a cool, sealed retreat to sleep in.

Our villas are cared for around the signature in-villa ritual of Ibu Nenek, a Balinese master therapist carrying sixty years of healing, grandmother to granddaughter — so rest and a true sense of exhale are part of the stay, not an afterthought.



You are met at the gate with the Frangipani Blessing, chilled lemongrass towels and Balinese iced tea. Roro stays gently reachable throughout, and sees you off with a small farewell gift in the Balinese tradition.

The one-time cleaning fee paid at booking covers full professional cleaning after check-out, including laundering of all linens and towels, and preparing the villa to the same standard you'll find on arrival. Your villa is also your private sanctuary — uninterrupted by daily staff — so daily housekeeping is not included; this keeps our nightly rates lower and lets you add a mid-stay refresh, fresh towels or a linen change whenever you'd like one, for an additional charge.

Guest Access:

𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗜 is entirely yours for your stay — the whole villa, inside and out, with no shared spaces and complete privacy.



You'll have exclusive use of both ensuite bedrooms, the living and kitchen area, the terrace and your own private pool, with dedicated on-site parking for a car or scooters.



Your Villa Hostess and our local team are nearby and reachable throughout, entering the villa only by arrangement with you — for housekeeping, a requested in-villa wellness treatment, or at your invitation.

If you'd rather not ride, ride-hailing apps like Grab and Gojek operate reliably throughout the area, and our team can arrange a private driver or chauffeured car for the day — ideal for airport transfers, temple visits or exploring further afield in comfort.
