I dont know how this is a 4 star property. The only good thing about the property is the location (which is close to a lot of part spots). The room was not very clean we checked in. The bathtub was rusty and the curtains were dirty. Wont be staying here again.

Staff were attentive. Breakfast buffet had different cuisine featured each day. I liked particularly the fresh ginger slices, lime, lemon slices and ginger juice and honey offered at the tea section. Am also happy that they had a station featuring cloves, Roselle and various herbs at the reception area to make yourselves a cup of soothing herbal tea before sleep. There are also many dining options outside the hotel along the road. To note that not all rooms are with smart TVs.

The location of this resort was great. We could walk to shops, dining, clubs and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room had a musty smell and the facility was a little run down. Food was OK.

like - food & beverage prices are excellent. Staff very helpfull & friendly. Rooms were very nice and clean. Did not like- pool area not big enough,not enough room or parasols for shade. On odd days the boom boom music was very loud. at breakfast all the " hot food" was cold as it was cooked in the kitchen near the pool area then carried on plates to the cold stainless steel containers. The only hot food was the toast you made and the eggs cooked fresh from the egg station.

Very well located hotel. Near the beach and the best coffee place just half a block next to the JL restaurant. Great view and food on the 5th floor is very good. Walked on the beach every day and restaurant options are many around. Many clubs and party around so if you are bothered by the noise this might not be the hotel for you.

The hotel looked like it could do with a spruce up - a bit worn and tired. Somewhat expected post COVID with a couple years on no cashflow. The in-room fridges were completely hopeless. I asked for a replacement and it was worse than the first - struggled to get below ambient air temp.

I chose this property based on the price, location and reviews, however I would not stay here again. I tried to change my checkin date prior to arrival, but was told that it was not possible and to talk to someone during checkin. During checkin, I was told they could not refund me the one night because it was already charged and they do not do refunds. After checking in, I got to my room with a "lagoon view" only to find out out that there was absolutely no privacy, I would not even be able to have my blinds open without everyone seeing into my room. I asked to change rooms and was told only suites had any privacy but that was be an additional cost. I ended up switching to a room that faced the hotel next to it, which is a cheaper room but they did not bother to tell me that or refund me any money. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom definitely needed to be updated- the mirror had a crack in it, the shower didn't work properly, the sink had no hot water and the shower needed to be recaulked. During my 8 night stay, I only wanted my room cleaned twice which both times the sheets did not get changed even though they were clearly dirty. When I would request fresh towels, water, coffee, etc. it seemed like it was a big inconveniance for them. The staff you would see around the hotel was nice, but the staff at the front desk and restaurant were rude. The gym is a joke, never cleaned/stocked and it is so hot in there its almost impossible to workout for more than 10mins.

The views from the pool/restaurant of the beach were worth the stay. Staff were professional and helpful. The location in Canggu in proximity to the beach was perfect for walking with no need of a scooter. The hotel was modern with only minor wear and tear.

Not very clean. Bathroom glasses dirty, floor covered in sand not cleaned properly sheets only changed when we were in the room. Got sick from food. Noisy couldn’t hardly sleep due to loud noise from bars across street and in hotel. Never again

Very clean, cute hotel. Basic amenities, if even that. The room had only 2 large towels, and we had to ask housekeeping 3 times before we got more (snd still didnt get the small towels we asked for). Nice buffet on the roof that's included with breakfast. Good drinks at the pool. Very welcoming staff. Excellent location - in the heart of everything.

1. You can’t possibly sleep if given one of the half dud rooms, I’ve asked seven times to be moved and was lying in bed for 6 hours last night praying for the noise to stop. 2. Wifi barely works; again asked nine times and the hopeless albeit completely lovely staff are useless 3. The breakfast could be cooked by a three year old, you’ll need to ask three or four times to actually get what you requested initially 4. Room smells like sewage, I went down to the shops and bought some incense in an attempt to dull it out - recommend brining a scented candle with you. 5. Mould in the bathroom and insanely dated everything 6. Location is exceptional if you don’t plan on Sleeping and want to get legless outside the hotel

The location was priceless and we were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the street as some faced others' balconies. The bathroom and room was beautiful and staff were amazing. The breakfast was different on different days and there was so much selection we were surprised how much you could choose. The only issue we had at Aston was the pool area. We were super disappointed. The pool closes at 6pm?! Sunset was at 7pm. There are also no umbrellas or shaded area around the pool so everyone was burning and couldn't relax. Apart from that we loved everything.
