The property is very close to the Ado bus station. It’s a great central location right next to R1. However it is a very dated property and the WiFi cuts on and off all day. Also the pool closed at 8:30pm two of the five nights that I stayed, so which is way to early for Cancun.

Had one of the worst experiences ever - so STAY AWAY. Our hotel safes were not working and the concierage was terribly rude in helping us especially the lady at the front desk in the evening shift. We had our passports in the safe and she refused to help open it for two days citing multiple reasons. We had to cancel our plans for a day to get the safe opened. Except the evening shift guy everyone were terrible and very unhelpful We were also given only 1 key though we were 3 people staying and we were promised two queen beds in our booking but were given double beds. The towels were not clean - overall a very uncomfortable and awful stay.

For the price, this was a great place to stay. The pool area is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. ADO bus station is a five minute walk. Will stay here again.

Sun on a budget!
Over all it’s not a bad hotel , in room wifi is not good but available in lobby. Don’t wait to late to shower as hot water is not garantie.out of 6 pool chairs only 2 were in good condition. As a lot of low cost hotels it’s noisy. As of February 28 2022 there’s major room renovations on the first floor good working AC. Next to ADO bus station.

New remolded room. Pool cleaned daily.Restaurant is great for breakfast. Try thier agua de Jamaica. Great staff. Walking distance to parque de las palpadas, super mercado,pharmacy, shopping, restaurants

The bathroom was still dirty with hair all over the toilet surrounding area. The water was hot after waiting for a bit to let it warm up. It had clean sheets and nice towels. Overall, it was just what we needed at the location we needed to be in. The staff was nice and quick with check in.

I like the picnic area that had in the back .the pool was nice. I didn't like the jackhammering they were doing during the day. Also didn't like all Loud music they had at night.. I would not recommend this hotel.

Room was clean. A/C worked well. They do have wi-fi. It didn't work in my room, but worked in hallway just fine. Room was quite dark even with lights on. Light bulbs were not bright enough for me. Also, there was only one wall plug in 2-bed room that fit my phone charger.

This hotel it’s old but it’s clean very close for amenities central ADO is only 2 blocks Scotiabank it’s only 6 mts many restaurant close
