Includes Queen bed (Sleeps 2 adults), Sofa couch (Sleeps 2 adult or 3 children), full kitchen, dining, swimming pool, sun bathing area and ocean view from roof, outdoor bar, dining area, barbecue grill, free Wi-Fi and parking. Baby crib available upon request. Nearby attractions:
    - Beach, Bars & Restaurants (2 mins walk)

    The space
    Our property is a newly renovated 4 story apartment building located inside a private gated community directly across from the beach. The beach is only a two minute walk from our property. The apartment has 4 fully furnished apartments including a 1 bedroom on first floor, 2 bedroom apartment on second floor, 2 bedroom apartment on third floor and 2 bedroom apartment on fourth floor. All 4 apartments are available for rent. Our property also features a private swimming pool, bar area, outdoor dining area, garden, grilling area, sunbathing area and rooftop with ocean view. In addition to the beach, our property is also in close proximity to other activities listed below:
    - Beach, Bars & Restaurants (2 mins walk)
    - Ferry to Isla Mujeres (5 mins drive)
    - Maya Pyramid site “El Meco” (7 mins drive)
    - Marina Mall and Shopping Area (15 mins drive)
    - Walmart (20 mins drive)
    - Airport (30 mins drive)
    Guest access
    Property is located in a private gated community called Playa Blanca. When you arrive at the main gate of the community you will see a security guard cabin. Please inform the security guard you are guests of Diana staying at Pez Dorado 13. The security will let you enter. Once you are past the main security gate, turn right on main street and then turn left on street Pez Dorado and then you will arrive at the property Pez Dorado 13 on your right. Please proceed inside the property, where you will be met by your host, who will provide you the key and will show you where you can leave the keys upon your departure.

Great location, close to beach, restaurants, stores and waterfront. Lots of nightlife on the waterfront with vendors and music. The apartment was quiet, clean but a little small. Host was very responsive to all inquiries and requests. Definitely a great spot for people who are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.
