It’s not all inclusive like promise when you get there it’s a catch. You are not allowed to go to many places and if you want to go to many places, you need to add $58 per person air condition to noisy. I couldn’t sleep at night they recycled the food, you are not allowed to go to any bar around the pool if you don’t pay the extra $58 a day per person you’re not allowed to go in the place when I go to guest service they give me a very bad attitude if you don’t pay, you’re not allowed This is my first and last time in this hotel I don’t know if it’s had to do with you or with the hotel but this is the first time in 30 years. I feel so bad in Cancun I felt like I am a stepson that’s not allowed to do nothing over there , they have a different color bracelets and if you don’t wear the right color bracelet, you cannot go nowhere I am coming from very upset

Wonderful staff … BUt The buffet was horrible Hard to get reservations for other restaurants and you need a black bracelet in order to eat at other restaurants so this hotel is not all inclusive

We’ve been to Cancun 6 times and this property was good. What I liked was it was highly walkable - if you want a hotel where you don’t have to leave, this is a good one. The walkable paths are quite long; it’s bigger than you think. There are beautiful birds everywhere and the landscape is beautiful. Just be aware that it gets very loud at night. If you want to dance, this place is for you! The music ends at 10/10:30pm though. The coffee shop opens at 7am. The food was okay but not amazing. Also, they say there are lots of restaurants but 4 of them are the same restaurant, just different rooms you can sit in for the same buffet. We’d say there again if there was a good deal.

I would strongly suggest to stay away from this resort. Firstly, when we arrived, the check in process took over 1 HOUR only for the front desk to tell us that the room was not ready, and made us wait another 30 minutes before we got access to our room. Secondly, the AC in our room would constantly make loud, vibration noises anytime the temperature would be changed manually. This would constantly be intermittent all ours in the night. Thirdly, the food was 2/10 👎 There were a few descent, dine in restaurants but to get in one of them was almost impossible as the reservations were always full. We had to wait for our last night of our 5 day get away, to get a reservation at Bahia Steakhouse. Other than that, you were defaulted to the 2 buffet options. The food at the buffets were definitely below average! It was the same thing every night, no variety, no change. Fourthly, some of the staff were not the most pleasant and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by serving us. With that being said however, they were a handful of staff members that delivered excellent customer service. All in all, the price made this place attractive. However I would recommend investing a little more and going to a nicer resort for a much better experience. I'm would not recommend this resort to anyone!

A lot of the property was closed off for construction. The night life ends at 10:30 which is not advertised , it used to be 2 am . Overall it was a terrible stay and I will not be back .

Food was terrible. Rooms are very old and dated. I have been to Cancun 30-40 times over the years and this is one of my worst experiences. Resort has dozens of restaurants, clubs, and bars but most aren't available to you under their "all inclusive" option. Staff will direct you to another club, bar, restaurant and they will tell you to go back to the other one! It's an awful experience. The whole resort is a ploy to get you to buy a timeshare so you can enter the restricted areas!

I dint like that in the app is called all inclusive and it very limited on food ,drinks and sitting. Also it says they have a night club but if u dont upgrade you are not aloud in. No partying at all and that was the why i picked that place.Only one buffet was good in food and services everything else wa bad. I also called tbe lady to clean my room And all she did was leave towels and take the trash the floor waa never moped and i alao found some little friends under the glass from the coffe maker.

A bit confusing navigating the premise and not enough sigh to specified the reserved areas and the hours exclusive for the reserved people and non reserved guess. The property have potential And the beach area is good,,the restaurant is ok for the price all inclusive and the wile peacock are amazing touch. On the other hand the people with families with kids don’t control there children throwing food on the floor and other giving regular food to birds near the pool on plates and many trash around the pool and one insider in a restaurant a Kid taking food from The floor and placing it Back in to the buffet and one staff walk buy and saw it and didn’t say anything and the left food On the floor the staff didn’t picked up from the floor the staff Kicked to the Side

Will not stay here again. Well, I can’t really say there was something we liked. The check-in was weird. Check-in was at 3pm but we could not get into our room until 4pm..? We were there for only 1 night and the front desk person kept telling us about a couple of great restaurants were we had to make reservations 2 days in advance..? We did have 2 uninvited guests (roaches). 1 was not alive between the top glass and the wood of our night stand, so obvious, and the other one made theirs presence at night in the bathroom. We have pictures and video (house keeping needs to be talked to). How many “stars” is this hotel? This was our second time staying at this hotel and our last. We will not stay here again

La piscina fantastica y el lugar asi como la construccion es bonita, pero la comida fatal, poca variedad y quemada. Pocos empleados en el buffet, un solo dia alguien haciendo omelettes, Muchos restaurantes pero hay q pagar extra por comer en ellos a pesar de haber optado por el all inclusive. Me senti marginado y discriminado, pues la mayoria de los lugares eran solo para los VIP. Bebida de mala calidad y sin variedad. En fin...no regreso a este hotel, ni lo aconsejo.

When my friends and I booked this trip, we were told that there was going to be 3 clubs inside the resort, along with all inclusive food and drink throughout. We ended up having to pay for alcohol past 11 pm and there was not a single club open the entire time at the resort. I had trouble booking transportation to and from the resort because of the false advertising. We were told to book our transportation 24 hours ahead of our flight, yet when we got the help desk they told us that it needed to be done 72 hours in advance. I asked for water in my room around 8 am and I was told to wait until the bar opens at 11 am. Also, the food was not good and there were no restaurants open for lunch that had anything edible. I am disappointed in in this resort for not following through with what was promised. If it was advertised as it actually is, there is no change I would have booked it, even for a college spring break trip.

The property was average for an all inclusive resort. The drinks are extremely watered down and have very little alcohol in them. Additionally, $50 in cash was stolen out of my wallet that was issue of my room and inside of a purse. The hotel refused to do anything about this or give me the name of who cleaned the room that day.

When we got there we were surprised by a spring break fee. Our fridge was not stocked with water or soda. Had to ask for it and still never received it.

Place becomes ghost town and literally shuts down at 10:30. Beach club party all day for 18-24 age group, but nothing for other pool areas. No night time entertainment, unless you goto beach club (18-24 age drunk fest…. Which is fine, but would have been nice to have little entertainment for 40 and up). I hear maybe more services if you have a “black band” (I do know LOTS more food options), but that band was never offered to us. If need a cheaper, no expectation vacay… this is your place! I’ve just been to too many others to resort but this was by far worst, but the trip wasn’t for me, but my senior in high school, and they had a good time.

The food at the restaurants on the property was pretty good, but the buffet food was less than desirable. Overall the staff was pretty friendly. Bartenders Ricardo and Eder at the bar by the food court area rise above all others with friendliness and great service! They enjoy their jobs and interacting with the guests. Also Fausto in the cabana's provides great friendly service. Our room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The overall property could use some updates but there were many people cleaning and maintaining it everyday we were there.

It was spring break, so really, what do ya say about that? It’s not the hotels fault. Everything was shut down by 11 pm. The rooms are average. Nothing fancy. Wasn’t too bad though. I didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. Staff was friendly. I wished they would have put in more effort to clean up the beach after the spring breakers.
