"We stayed during a cold December weekend and the fireplace was so nice! The home is pet-friendly, with lots of space to walk the dogs around outside. There is also a dog park not too far away.This is an older home with some of the "old home quirks." It has a lovely mix of a few authentic Mid-Century Mod items, plus newer handmade furnishings and some modern pieces that blend in well. We didn't use the upstairs area, but there is a play-space for kids, two bedrooms, and a newer looking half-bath.We easily found just about everything we needed (including a first aid kit!). The kitchen has all the basics (pots, pans, plates, etc.), plus dishwasher and a fridge with ice maker.We had a nice time and would stay here again!"

"Our week stay at the Lodge was fantastic! My expectations were far exceeded to the point we are trying to coordinate our summer family get away up at the Lodge next summer. The whole family agreed the Lodge was perfect for our whole family and the little kiddos loved catching their first fish, jumping in the lake and of course s’mores. The Lodge was immaculately clean and everything you could ask for. The gift basket of s’mores was such a special touch. It was a wonderful place to bring our first grandchild from Texas too and have the family meet him. Planning for many more memories at this beautiful serene lodge. "
