"Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good."

"This hotel is so clean and quiet! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I loved the area surrounding the hotel. My rom was very comfortable and I loved the 24 hour shop available to buy snacks and drinks in the lobby."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"
