"Had a short stop over in Tuoro and found this small (positive) and nice hotel with a great pool area. Had a junior suite with access to spa, but due to great weather we didn’t tried it out. Had lunch and dinner the first day, the menu’s are the same both for lunch and dinner, so we decided to eat outside the hotel on the second day. The served breakfast was great, the staff super nice and friendly.. do not mind to re-visit the hotel again.. "

Matteo was kind and extremely helpful in all aspects, the communication was excellent. You can tell the family takes a lot of pride in this property and cares about their guests. "We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place...

The only downside were the wasps. I know this is not really in their control. But I saw no attempt to deal with them. None of the guests could eat outside at breakfast. I understand the staff may be used to them, but the guests are absolutely not. I would go back for everything else, but the wasps would stop me from returning...

"Room with a view! Very nice! Contrary to some other reviews, our room was nicely clean nd the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was very generous and tasty with a very attentive and friendly server.
Strolled around and found a wonderful gourmet restaurant nearby on the main road with a view of the lake.
Only drawback was, being a Friday night, the nearby outdoor bar was a little loud until around midnight. "
