"Extra charges for no reason by this hotel. I booked my stay with hotels.com, checked in and paid for my stay. Upon checkout the front desk said I owed additional amount which was over double that I already paid hotels.com! I almost missed my flight going back and forth with the front desk. It was a complete nightmare. This hotel obviously is running a scam on foreign tourists by trying to change the hotel price after check in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated.
