Very friendly staff!

We had a great time in our family trip to Poços de Caldas during the weekend. Everyone was very attentive to us, from the hotel reception to meals and the swimming pool staff. The hotel is very clean, refurbished and tastefully decorated. The only observation, which may have been my fault for not notifying beforehand, is that my son is allergic and the bed linen was very perfumed. So I would advise anyone who is sensitive to strong perfumes to let them know so that they can prepare the room with this care. When I made this comment at reception, they asked me to let them know in advance in our next stay. Excellent! We will come back for sure!

It is a comfortable hotel, nice people, in the heart of down town, but walking around at night is a bit danger, as it's on the other side of the "train" line. It will be very difficult to make breakfast if you use a wheelchair, because it has stairsall around!! Becareful if you want to pay in the accomodation, the Hotels.com will charge you in the day you book it!

Foi um final de semana muito agradável! O café da manhã é muito bom, o hotel é muito bonito e charmoso. Oferece ótima estrutura de lazer e o sport bar tem muito potencial! Em relação ao quarto, o ponto forte é a ducha: muito quentinha e forte…. excelente qualidade de banho! Próximo ao hotel há ótimas opções de gastronomia, como o Becco da Esquina e Becco da Gastronomia e ao mesmo tempo é bem próximo do centro comercial da cidade e da alameda de quiosques! O único ponto de melhora, baseado em minha experiência pessoal: AS meninas que arrumam os quartos (camareiras) iniciam muito cedo o trabalho nos corredores. Fui acordado nas duas manhãs com o barulho do carrinho delas e também com as conversas um pouco altas entre elas! Mas fiquei bem contente, e voltarei ao hotel com certeza!

Me hospedei no quarto 222 primeiramente, horrível, além de apertado, estava fazendo um barulho constante que acredito devido ser os encanamentos de aço, mas faz MUITO BARULHO, pedi pra trocar e ficamos no 239, esse sim valeu o preço pago, padrão, boa limpeza, quarto OK.

A impressão que tive e que a roupa de cama nao foi trocada. Tinha fios de cabelo na fronha e no lencol. Como estava muito frio, pedi uma coberta que estava com cheiro muito ruim. Travesseiros muito ruim. As toalhas com cheiro de defumado, pedi para trocar, mas veio do mesmo jeito. Fiquei decepcionada. Mas o atendimento é otimo. As pessoas sao muito solicitas.
