"This was a top notch condo - seemed brand new, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s extremely well located - we were able to walk to many of the nearby shops and restaurants and enjoyed a fall festival in the park just a block away. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Just a fabulous place! Highly recommend!"

"Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms. Brand new kitchen if you plan to cook. Overall a really nice place in a very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines and a short drive to Pinehurst, Fort Liberty and plenty of other golf courses."
