Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay! The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, with an equipped kitchen and relaxing backyard area. A very convenient location to downtown Southern Pines with shopping and nice restaurants. Both Chris and Crystal were very easy to work with. Would highly recommend property and will be rebooking for a future date.

Great Stay!

Very clean, comfortable and cozy cottage. Near everything, just a few minutes to Pinehurst as well. Property manager was very good about communication and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well during our stay.

Top Notch Property & Great Location

We absolutely loved our stay. It is a comfortable, well stocked property. Communication with the hosts was great too! The location can't be beat. We walked downtown to enjoy shops, food & live music. Also within walking distance to a great park for the kids to play.

Lovely central location

The place was just as described. Light, modern and just the right touches. The kitchen was awesome and the beds were super comfy. Overall a lovely place to stay for small families and the host was super easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Southern Pines at the SoPi Cottage. The property was very clean and well appointed. It was also extremely quiet and in a great location. Chris and Crystal were excellent in terms of communication and making sure we had what needed. A overall, and we will be back.

Super cute house in Southern Pines! It’s spacious inside but also spacious outside (backyard) for our dog. Easy in and out and hosts are very communicative. The house is close to everything - we will definitely stay again!

Wonderful! We cooked in, burgers and dawgs with our 3 year old granddaughter, her mom, auntie and uncle and pup..!! Just great! We will definitely use Chris’s place again,. Can’t say enough about how accommodating they were for us and our girls! So comfortable! Clean.. kitchen has all you need to cook in.. Highly recommend!

Quiet, quaint and clean

Our 2 night stay at SoPi Cottage was perfect. When booking a rental I always look for cleanliness and walk ability. This property aces those 2 things and much more! We loved walking to town for meals and shopping and it was just a short drive to grocery stores and the event we were in town for at Southern Pines Brewing. Other great features: nice toilet paper and shower toiletries, comfy furniture and beds, well decorated, throw blankets for lounging in the living room, keureg coffee maker, filtered water pitcher. I don’t have a bad thing to say about SoPi. Perfect spot for a family or a couple of friends.

SoPi cottage

Cozy cottage perfectly located within walking distance of downtown Southern Pines. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. French doors lead to a comfortably sized deck in the backyard where you can enjoy private meals and conversations. Each bedroom has a deeper than usual closet with adequate storage for a 3 week stay. Comfortable king bed in master bedroom offered a good night's sleep. Laundry room conveniently located off kitchen. I worked remotely and had a strong wifi connection the entire stay. This is a well-maintained and well stocked property. We had no issues that needed attention. Crystal was so quick to answer our questions about the area and even lined up doggy daycare for a day. We immediately felt at home the minute we arrived and loved every minute we were there. Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, stores and community activities within a 10 minute walk.

So-Pi Cottage was 5 stars! The house was immaculate & tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with very nice appliances, dining ware & necessities including some cooking supplies. It was very comfortable with everything we needed. The towels, bed linens, beds and pillows were new, fresh & comfy. The yard was large and secure for our pups to play and sniff around safely, and we would have loved to sit outside on the deck if it weren't so chilly in our visit! The house is in a great neighborhood- we felt very safe walking the neighborhood as well as the short walk to downtown. So-Pi cottage was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it!

Just what we needed!

My husband and I rented the house while visiting my mom, who couldn’t accommodate our elderly dog. The house was perfect for our needs, and I’ve stayed in very few fancy hotels that were better appointed! Everything ran smoothly, and the manager checked in frequently to see if we needed anything and made helpful suggestions. We look forward to staying again in May!
