"The room was in pretty dingy conditions, broken boards, holes in tub walls from where they moved the shower head, dust in baseboards, tub had red stains and dirt stains as if they dont scrub the tub just throw cleaner on it and let it flow down, bed covers had hairs in them so did some pillows. The air conditioning worked but exterially broken. "
