The pool was out of operation, so that was a bummer since we were there all weekend w quite a bit of down time in the hotel. Breakfast was ok... most things didn't have very much flavor, and all the items were exactly the same for each day. I've never experienced that at a Best Western before. Usually a few things switch up a little bit. This location was very convenient for the activity we were in town for, easy pull off the highway, and back on. There were loads of choices for shopping and dining in the area. The hotel could use a little bit of an update, but wasn't too out of date.

We really enjoyed our rooms. We had two rooms both had two queen beds and the couch and chair sitting area. The room was clean but could use an update. The beds ere very comfortable. We had three adults in one and two adults in the other and it was roomy enough for everyone to have a place to sit and visit. The bathroom was really small there was no way two people were getting ready in there together. There was a small sink in the room area which could be used to brush your teeth or get water so that helped a little. We did have to be mindful of getting out of bed on the wall side due to there not being much space there. Over all we really did like the room and we would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed five nights. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels, etc replenished daily. The breakfast variety was excellent and very clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. I used the laundry facilities while we were there and found it convenient and easy to use. Th staff were very helpful. We would stay there again.

It was very refreshing for once to have expectations exceeded at a stay. Most times it's a disappointment. The only disappointment we had on our experience is we were there for about 12 hours and rushed and wanted to enjoy it more. Thanks to your staff.

We only stayed for one quick night, but it was a convenient location and the rooms were nice and clean. The pool was bigger than I expected, and I was also impressed with the breakfast. The staff was very kind my kids and I came down for breakfast a little late right as they were putting things away and they still told us to take a plate. I would stay at this location again.

From the minute we walked in until the moment we checked out, the staff was awesome and so welcoming and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Great temperature, clean, clear, warm enough salt water. Hot tub was clean and worked great! The breakfast was good too. Several options. Only suggestion at the breakfast would be to have some lower or non-sugar options for those travelling with diet restrictions. Will stay here again when travelling in Central Oregon and needing a place to stay overnight.
