"This property is beautiful and it is very remote so if peace and quiet is what you seek this is the listing you want. You have the mountains, the river, hot tub, fire pit, basically everything you need at your fingertips. Kenneth, the property owner was very easy to talk to and any minor issue we had he was there to make sure it got fixed. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all."

"The cabin was great! Nice wood inside..AC ..nice king bed..TV had some issues and would be nicer if they had a few more channels..nice short walk to river and lots of trees!! Good market near by with prepared foods for using BBQ..did not find good fishing this trip but will return when river is more back to normal. Staff was very helpful and nice! Especially Lonnette who rearrainged our dates because of the flooding."

"The cabin is super cute, very clean, and has an awesome location. We thought we were getting the cabin pictured with a deck but cabin 11 does not have one. Either way, it’s a very nice stay. On the property, Kern River runs through where we saw people fishing. While it’s very close to town, I wouldn’t recommend walking since it’s on the main road. Our hosts were very nice and we would absolutely head back when we can. "

"The property is a mix of little cabins and rv spaces. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was very nice and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us but there was sleeping space for 4 others. Bunk beds in the other small bedroom and a futon in the living area. It also had a barbecue and picnic table in the outside space. Reasonable prices. I would recommend "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff I didnt really interact with except Barry the manager i really liked him. My cabin was way better than I expected big and roomy i had the double room with the patio. My dog was with me and she settled right in. Not all rooms are pet friendly but that is understandable."
