"Fide of the unit and furniture in the rooms are in poor shape, outdated and dingy. Room looked nothing like pictured online and just had an overall feeling of not being clean. Check in line was a very long, and slow moving. "

"My stay was ok if it wasn’t for an incident when I arrived the first nigh to find out that they don’t have my room that I reserved for over a month ready. I reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom suite for a family of 6, when I got there around midnight, the front disk informed me that they don’t have the suite available, and I have to accept a one bedroom that I have to figure out how to sleep 6 people. The front desk staff was not friendly about the situation at all, so I had my wife and two kids sleeping on a king bed, me and my son on a sleeping sofa, and my youngest daughter sleeping on the floor. Worst night ever. The next day at 8, I stop at the front desk to make sure they are working on resolving the issue and getting us the 2 bedroom suite that was supposed to have, the staff insured me that I will have my 2 room as soon as housekeeping clean at 10 am. I go on with my plans for the day to come back around 6:30 pm to find out that they don’t have anything ready and that I’m on a waiting list. That’s when I lost my cool and demanded a room, staff still were not showing any signs of urgency to solve my problem and called security. After going back and forth with them the manager magically takes me ID and disappears for 15 minutes and comes back with my id and the keys for a 2 bedroom suite. So they had a room, but were planning on giving it to someone else. "

"Hallways was funky smelled so bad in there also the room smelled bad no outlet to change phone next to the bed and the refrigerator smelled like there was a dead body in it also kids running around the hallway all night peoi read reviews before I booked but I had a bad experience ple slamming their doors all night "

"Breakfast was excellent—I truly have no complaints. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the staff provided outstanding service. The only suggestion I would offer is updating the carpeting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Was all around excellent! Definitely will stay with Delta again . Eisha at the front desk she was awesome. If I spelled ya name wrong you know who you are lol. Management team was awesome and made my stay extra special. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Every time I visit Florida this is where I’m staying. And Thank you for the wonderful experience! I don’t get this experience often at hotels . But this was by far the best experience. Thank you "
