"Room interior looks renovated, really nice, but we found a cockroach walking on top of one of the beds and breakfast very bad taste, eggs more specific but overall taste like (not real food). Also air conditioning inside the room was set to 61°F, cold and on the whole day and night but was throwing hot air instead of cold, room and breakfast areas very hot. Now talking about staff they were very nice people! Very good customer service."

"Was a far walk to our room, especially with lots of belongings but we will return if we go to Legoland Florida again. The app said free breakfast but the hostess seemed confused when I asked if the breakfast was a part of the rental. She seemed to ask the manager in the background and I did end up not being charged but I’m not sure if that’s because they just let it go? Don’t like how we can’t get our own food, it’s a waste when they put food on a platter that we don’t eat. Price was a good deal compared to the main Lego hotel."
