"I have been a guest at Park Royal Orlando for 3 nights/week since the beginning of February 2026 until this current stay. I work 3 consecutive night shifts as a respiratory therapist at the nearby medical center and I am involved in a lot of critical care situations. I chose Park Royal Orlando for several reasons; close proximity to the hospital, decent amenities, and good value. However, during the 54 days that I have stayed there, I have experienced several occasions when there was (1) no hot water available to take a shower; (2) air conditioners did not function properly, and (3) my room was located near loud adults and children. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, promises were made to remedy the situation (especially regarding the lack of hot water and poorly functioning air conditioners) overnight while I was working in the hospital between the hours of 7PM and 7AM, and I was promised that I would be updated via my mobile phone, but when I returned to the hotel the following morning after my hospital shifts, nothing was done and the morning staff was unaware of my reported issues. The female manager even raised her voice to me and said some things that a person in her position should not say. As a result, I stopped going to this hotel, and I will not consider ever going back to this hotel unless this female manager is no longer working there. I will also not recommend that anybody goes to this hotel hotel due to the poor maintenance of their amenities."
