"This is a beautifully restored old mansion in a great neighborhood. There are numerous restaurants and entertainment venues within two blocks. There is no on site staff but everything we needed was readily available including a small complementary minibar. Room was comfortable and spotless."

"Easy check in, house was in a good neighborhood and centrally located.My family and I really enjoyed the house- great space with room to spread out. Great outdoor space also! Next time we stay we will take advantage of the grill and waterfront! "
"We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. "House was poor overall. Check in was very late, apparently due to poor conditions from previous stay. Wasn’t clean when we did get in, floors hadn’t been vacuumed. Poor value overall as the price is very high relative to the quality. We stayed in a much nicer house in Bella vista later in the trip for less cost. "
