"Room was clean, bathroom was clean, spotless tub but there was mold in the corners or the tub. Was a musty smell on the 4th floor but only that floor for sum reason and ofc that was the floor we stayed on so that sucked but not a big deal, was only in the hallway. Staff was amazing and chill super nice and always greeted us. Good location too close to downtown and the art museum. (Check out new hope church) it’s great. One thing that sucked was the pool being closed. It’s super hot and was really looking forward to it. Breakfast was alright it’s hotel breakfast not much to expect. "

"The hall smelled of weed, the room was lacking in cleanliness. One wall was covered in dirt. One lamp shade was missing. The alarm clock didn't work, the back of the remote was missing. The wall s had holes all throughout. The free breakfast was depressing and needing care."

"It was a peaceful stay as the police is next door. However the cleanliness was lack luster at best crumbs in the sofa bed, carpets never been shampooed, walls & fixtures have never been wiped, not to mention staff visible but on phones often times never acknowledging customers. Should have cx stay upon 1st interaction but luckily it was peaceful & I carry my lysol arisol & cleaning spray. Never tried breakfast. Too dirty & bad customer service so, will never stay again."
