"Nice place. They were remodeling part of the property when I was there but it didn’t bother me. My room hadn’t been remodeled yet but was a decent room. Very clean. Nice breakfast setup "

"Have been coming to hotel for years, every time we stay it seems to get worse. This go around they couldn’t even stock the room with appropriate towels and wash rag. Two queen beds and we booked with 4 total people stay and received one wash rag two towels. Second night we let them “clean the room” they took all our towels and wash rags, receive d zero wash rags and 2 towels again. I don’t mind asking for wash rags but not something I normally have to check for before a shower. Also side note but make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. They provide smallest shampoo and conditioner, bar of soap for body and one for face. Zero hand soap for washing hands. "

"Nice, clean hotel. My room AC didn't work for most of my stay. I was literally pouring sweat at one point and constantly taking a shower. The awesome woman at the front desk able to go up to my room and fix whatever issue it was and controlled it with the computer at her desk. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but I'd have to make sure my AC was working first. Everything else was great."

"This house was very cozy, in a quiet neighborhood, close and convenient to every thing in town! The sun room was my favorite room!We spent most of our time there! We will always stay here when returning to Little Rock! "
