Nasty shut it down

We were in a big bus and it several families and or couples that had their own rooms reserved they instantly assumed that we all would stay in a few rooms together, not enough towels, pool was not open, roaches everywhere
He was big and alive in the bathroom and I screamed so loud and jumped in the tub my uncle had to come get it

The staff was friendly and the place was nice other than being stuck on the top floor having to run back and forth, because my key don't work and that's all I have to say, cause that's it's pretty nice other than that and no phone in the room

I made a mistake w my reservation thru the 3rd party agent but the front desk clerk went way above and beyond to help me get it fixed and in for the night without being stuck paying for 2 nights...he didn't have to do that but he did so the owners should know how good he is with guests

It was extremely clean, unfortunately the whole experience was let down, by the bed linen not being changed. It had human hair on it. And obviously had not been changed. I did let the front counter know, in the morning. But that night I had just finished a 10 hour drive. And was exhausted.
