"If you are of a certain age and are used to normal check ins at a normal hotel with normal parking or valet service, this will not be a good fit for you. Parking requires downloading an app so not ideal. The strict check in at 4 policy creates stress for all patrons and a line to check in at four. The room was decent but felt like a dorm apartment. And my coffee maker was missing the water carafe so no coffee for me. I would forgo staying here again. "

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and clean. Shakira and Lauren (forgive me if I’m wrong on Lauren’s name) the two young ladies at the front desk were outstanding. They were both so sweet and helpful. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend Hyatt House Nashville Downtown/Convention Center."
