"Stayed in winter so breakfast wasn’t available not sure if the summer months they open for breakfast. The sofa bed in TV area is decent to watch TV but as it’s lumpy & leans forward. Not sure how comfortable it would be to sleep on. "

"Room was basic and rustic, but very clean. It was really handy to have a full kitchen included, which was complete with everything needed to cook meals (provided you did some planning ahead of time in your ingredients, as nothing but salt and pepper were provided). Bathroom had been renovated, with excellent shower pressure. This hotel is not fancy at all, but well worth the lower price paid because of it."

"The lodge was built in 1928 by the same folks that constructed the nearby Prince of Wales hotel - of world renown! Super enjoyable experience, very personable & friendly staff. Wonderful common areas, including a comfy sitting area & fireplace, outdoor wraparound deck on the second floor, and breakfast area where you are served coffee, juice and delectable homemade muffins! Like being in a B&B, really. "
