Royal Palms Resort and Spa, part of Hyatt
5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1002)
"This property is really beautiful! Wes checked us in when we arrived and he was so pleasant and helpful - great experience there. The room was clean and the views from almost anywhere on property are gorgeous. So many little spots to just relax and "zen out" if need be. We did a spa day and the spa was nice. The dressing room areas are a little small, but clean so that was most important to us. It was a busy wedding weekend, but seeing how beautiful everything was just made it better. A great...

4.5 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (677)
"The conceirge service was GREAT. We checked in early and they accommodated us. I later figured out the room I booked was too small for our family. They quickly changed us and brought us the keys to the new room. Exemplary! The pool deck and free drinks were nice as was the shower. Excellent! However, the restaurant was radically overpriced, not very good and our server did everything he could to ignore us. So I’d say go with the hotel but skip the restaurant. "

Hampton Inn Phoenix-Biltmore
Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort
5.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"Beautiful 1929 vintage architecture meets when you're driving up. Our two queen beds were top of the line, and the room was spacious, with no problems at all in the room from the coffee machine to the showerhead and toilets. The pool and restaurant staff were plentiful, well versed in their trade. The was a twist on the top-of-the-line steak house. The meats had some to a lot of smoke prepration and served in a South American fashion."

"Everything went well, but when we got their they charged me with extra fees, which is understandable but the gentleman who help me check in didnt already know how to answer me what the fees was covering for. So they choose to charged me the fees twince one for my dog and the other for the rest. But at the end I ended paying like 60 extra on fees and that was when I spoke with someone else about the topic. The rest of our experience whas great the room, the pool, and the patio was peaceful."

"Very nice hotel but very short staffed. Check in took 45 min. 2 people at the desk and a tour group had just arrived and none of their room keys worked. Happy hour line at the bar was 15-20 people Deep with one bartender. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was comfortable and the kids loved the outdoor pool! "

"Never got to stay. Paid for a king room with a tub was given a filthy room with food everywhere and sheets on the floor. Given second room same except a double bed. Front desk guy had the nerve to say that’s what we have!! Then the manager tried to argue that we were offered a second room. Yes we were. Filthy room never again. "
