Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn 350 m2 trees. In the complex: sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Hot tub (extra). Spa area (extra), playroom, shopping facilities, bicycles available (extra). Bus stop "doppler" 150 m, sandy beach 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

das Ferienobjekt hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Mittelmeer. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist auf das wesentlichste reduziert, die Küchenzeile bedarf eine Generalüberholung, gequollene Küchenfronten! Der Inneneinrichtung fehlt der gewisse Charme, relativ kalt und auch die Luftwärmepunkte konnten im April leider nicht das Haus auf ein gewissen Niveau aufwärmen, ansonsten alles sauber und zweckmäßig vorhanden.

Ferienhaus im PEP

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Leider hat es keinen Zaun, der das Grundstück abschliesst. Nasse Schuhe vor der Haustüre wurden gestohlen. Nachts knarren die Türen, wenn die Schlafzimmer-Fenster offen stehen. Bei der Waschmaschine war der Gummi geschimmelt, das Wasser immer noch in der Maschine und es stank im ganzen Badezimmer. Nachdem wir mit Amonjak alles gereinigt hatten, war es erträglich. Das Klosett war nicht richtig fixiert am Boden und knackte dauernd, wenn man darauf sass.
