"das Ferienobjekt hat eine sehr gute Lage zum Mittelmeer. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Die Inneneinrichtung ist auf das wesentlichste reduziert, die KĂŒchenzeile bedarf eine GeneralĂŒberholung, gequollene KĂŒchenfronten! Der Inneneinrichtung fehlt der gewisse Charme, relativ kalt und auch die LuftwĂ€rmepunkte konnten im April leider nicht das Haus auf ein gewissen Niveau aufwĂ€rmen, ansonsten alles sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig vorhanden."

"Ich kann nur eines wirklich bemÀngeln, und zwar SchlafqualitÀt. Die KlimagerÀt ist nicht in den jeweiligen Schlafziemern sondern im Gang. Man muss 2 vorhandene Ventilatoren zusÀtzlich nutzen. Dazu kommt extrem laute Wasserpumpe die jede 5-10 Minuten anspringt. Matratzen sind sehr Hart. Sogar bei Jungs sind die Arme eingeschlafen. Matratzen sind sehr kurz. Ich 182 passe gerade noch, höher wird es ein Problem sein. Die SchlafqualitÀt ist nicht so gut. Die Lage und Meer sind ausgezeichneten....

Odeur de fumĂ©e cheminĂ©e constante dans SAM. Lave vaisselle avec bouton de cuisiniĂšre. La 4Ăšme chambre est une mezzanine. MĂ©nage fait succintement (poussiĂšre sur meubles). Maison mitoyenne.
