The hostes was kind but the quality of the acquipment, the kitchen, it was all old stuff and taps in the bathroom were broken, so all was very disappointing

Maison idéalement placée en basse saison pour arpenter Cambrils sans être placée en front de mer surpeuplé. Au calme mais à voir en haute saison avec le bar à côté. Propreté impeccable, la petite cour est très appréciée. La communication avec Brigitte est top, elle est très abordable et réactive Bien prendre en compte que la maison est jumelée.

Hemos estado 4 dias en casa de Brigitte y muy contentos de la experiencia. La casa es grande, en sitio ideal para ir a la playa y cercana a Cambrils. La relación con la propietaria muy fluida y fácil comunicación. Lo recomendamos.

Encantadora casa cerca de la playa

La casa es fresquita con todo lo que necesites, cómoda y con la terraza con la sombra, donde pasamos mucho tiempo en la hamaca que trajimos nosotras. La playa está a 600 M de la playa pero el camino tiene una cuesta o escaleras y con los niños pequeños a lo mejor tardas un poco más de 10 min..lo de mas estaba todo muy bien, el trato con Bridgette muy amable y eficaz. Volveremos si la oportunidad se presenta.

Améliorations à prévoir

La maison est idéalement située pour découvrir le sud de la Catalogne. Mobilier vieillot et beaucoup de choses personnelles laissées dans cette location par la propriétaire. De plus aucune étagère dans les placards de chambre pour ranger nos vêtements ! Seulement quelques cintres...pas facile pour ranger sous vêtements ou chaussettes !!! Heureusement n'étant pas nombreux nous avons pu les déposer sur les lits non occupés. Une précision pour les occupants en pleine saison ; risque important de bruit le soir car café restaurant de plein air juste derrière la maison. Pour en terminer problème avec l'accès à de l'eau chaude en soirée. Prévoir douche le matin.

Hemos estado 2 parejas 3 días... Está en lugar tranquilo cerca de la playa... Y Brigitte es una mujer muy atenta .. en cuanto la dijimos q la barbacoa no estaba bien .. nos trajo otra al día siguiente . Estuvimos muy agusto .

Das schlimmste was ich in Cambrils bisher gemietet hatte

Das Haus ist nicht freistehend sondern ein Doppelhaus und deshalb klein. Die Wände waren dünn, so dass man die Nachbarn hören konnte, was ich eigentlich mit der Anmietung eines Hauses vermeiden wollte, da wir im letzten Jahr in einem Appartement schlechte Erfahrungen mit lauten Nachbarn gemacht hatten. Bei Ankunft war die Einfahrt und die Terrasse mit Staub und Blättern verschmutzt genau wie die alten Gartenmöbel, die wir nicht benutzen konnten. Als wir in die Küche kamen fanden wir tote Küchenschaben und das Insektenspray stand auch schon bereit. Die Vermieterin bezeichnet dies als normal in dieser Region! Die Küche ist alt und die Schränke sind innen schmutzig und richen schlecht. Die Fussböden sind ebenfalls alt und waren nicht sauber. Der Kleiderschrank in einem Schlafzimmer war voll mit alten Sachen so dass er nicht benutzt werden könnte. Wir haben das Haus für 4 Erwachsene gemietet, drei der Betten waren sehr kurz und für Erwachsene zu klein, die Matratze im Doppelbett war durchgelegen. Im Bad Kamm ein schlechter Geruch aus den Abflüssen. Der Mietpreis war für diesen Zustand der Hauses viel zu hoch, da es nie renoviert wurde und alles aus den 1970 er Jahren ist.Ich werde nie wieder ein Haus über FeWo direkt mieten. Die Fotos zu Beleg des Zustandes kann ich ihnen gerne senden.

Ferienhaus in Cambrils

Brigitte ist eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir waren mit einem Rollstuhl unterwegs und Brigitte legte eine mobile Rampe an um ins Haus zu kommen. Sie war sehr entgegenkommend und überaus freundlich. Ein Restaurant ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Da wir Anfang Mai urlaubten, waren verschiedene Restaurants noch nicht geöffnet. Cambrils hat einen schönen Hafen und ist über die Promenade zu erreichen. Mit etwas Zeit ist das sehr gut möglich, mit Rollstuhl etwas schwieriger.

La maison est agréable mais nous avons été gêné par une odeur très désagréable de remontée d'égout au moins pendant 5 jours sur les 7. La propriétaire nous a expliqué que c'était comme çà dans tout Cambrils Et le logement n avait pas été loué pendant 15 jours. C'est très désagréable,heureusement nous étions absents la journée

Maison spacieuse et très agréable dans quartier résidentiel, proche de la mer à pieds et d'une plage peu fréquentée. Juste dommage qu'un restaurant soit situé juste à côté et que le gérant ait peu d'intérêt pour le sommeil des residences alentours (2 nuits bruyantes sur un séjour de 12).

Schönes Haus in Marcambrils
