Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom townhouse, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It has been furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay. Superfast wifi and modern amenities are provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for families with a travel cot and high chair included free of charge.
Located in the charming village of Cottenham and a short 15 minute drive into the centre of Cambridge, this is the perfect place for up to 4 persons looking to explore, work, or visit friends locally, with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and Ensuite with walk-in shower and walk in wardrobe. 2nd Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed and built-in wardrobe. This bed can be converted into 2 x Single Beds at an additional cost. Please request during your booking. Main bathroom with bath and shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
CHILLING: Well appointed and spacious open plan living/dining area with a 50 inch Smart TV to select your favourite TV channels or Streaming Apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime. Superfast wifi over 120Mbps for streaming or working from home. Your own private garden with outdoor furniture, that enjoys the afternoon sun.
EATING: The modern kitchen is generously sized, and well equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.
PARKING: A secure Double Garage beside the house is available for guests to use for free, plus free on-street parking in front of the property. Garage dimensions are H-200cm, W-510cm. Will fit 2 small cars or 1 SUV/Small van.
OUT AND ABOUT: Located in the charming village of Cottenham and a short 15 minute drive into central Cambridge, this is the perfect location if you want to be close to Cambridge, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoying village life.
It is a short walk to local restaurants, a pub, cafés, 2 local supermarkets and a post office, that are located in the village. The local bus stop (5 minute walk) takes you direct into Cambridge city centre. Nearby train stations are Waterbeach (8 mins drive) or Cambridge North (11 mins drive) with direct connections into London. Other nearby locations are Cambridge Science Park (10 mins drive) and Addenbrookes Hospital (25 mins drive).
I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.
Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours - Smoking or vaping in the property is strictly prohibited. - Extra guests are not allowed. - Superfast Wifi over 120 Mbps - Pets are not allowed - Should we discover any areas of concern about the cleanliness of the property after you check out, you may incur an additional cleaning fee. - Travel Cot and High chair are available in the property and free to use. - The second bedroom can be converted into 2 x Single beds at an additional cost. Please request during your booking. - Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave on shoe rack in the entrance hall. - We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away. - This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
