Excellent communication from host throughout booking and stay . House spotless and well maintained. Location is excellent in a very convenient location near to shops , food outlets, pubs and Addenbrookes with frequent and easy transport links to the city centre. Having parking and a private outside space is a big bonus . Definitely value for money when staying as a group and the second bathroom adds to convenience. After visiting the hospital we appreciated having our own space , kitchen and all of the facilities the house offers . Would definitely stay again and recommend to others .

We had a lovely stay at the property, overall it was excellent value, clean, was as advertised and it was in a good location to get to/from Cambridge and there was plenty of local amenities nearby. Just a couple of small improvements would have made it perfect, we had to buy a corkscrew (as we needed to open our wine ), we felt there could be more drinking glasses available (such as tumbler glasses for juice as we had to use pint glasses or wine glasses), another tea towel/hand towel in the kitchen would also be useful.We could not find any instructions in the property on how to work the desktop dishwasher and the shower (it has an unusual 3 outlets for water), we feel having instructions would be beneficial.Amy was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.
