Mas entre nossas experiências anteriores e essa quero destacar dois pontos para que a gerência fique alerta: serviço de praia (esperamos mais de uma hora para sermos atendidos e houve um acidente com um dos guarda sois sem ter ninguém do staff para ajudar); travesseiros (mantenham opções mais baixas no hotel, por favor); reposição de amenities (a hotelaria não repôs os sabonetes por 2 dias seguidos).
