"I was worried about taking a single room but actually it was a decent size with everything I needed such as iron and hair dryer. The (very small) bathroom had great water pressure and hot water throughout my stay. Front desk were super friendly and helped organise taxis etc for me. The hotel has ample parking and is in a quiet location. I’d never considered staying there before but I’m very likely to choose it again. I think they could make a few investments here and there which could really improve it and make it a great stopover for all."

"Our room, whilst having a double bed in it was such a peculiar shape that the person sleeping on the right was bang up against the wall with the smallest of gaps at the bottom of the bed making it interesting if you needed to get out with someone in bed on your left. Fundamentally it’s a single room with a double bed in it. The bathroom shelf hung out beyond the top of the toilet seat when lifted meaning that the toilet seat was at a jaunty angle. Breakfast on the Monday morning was not up to the usual standard. The buffet ran out! Yes it was topped up on request, but pay attention please. Having our plates removed mid meal by a staff member who had a pile of other customers dirty plates in her hand was an interesting method. One could consider more training is required in customer service. The reception staff, as always, were lovely as are the staff in general. This is I believe the 6th time we have stayed at the Warbrook. We were a little disappointed on this occasion although we will stay there again "

"Couldn’t knock the hotel for what I paid. Very clean, nice room. Only thing to consider if you’re staying here is that it’s not a services off of a roundabout like some, you actually have to join the motorway for access. So maybe consider elsewhere if you’re planning on taking multiple trips in and out."

"The room was clean and comfortably furnished. The staff were personable and welcoming. Didnt use the bar or have breakfast but it looked snug and those who were breakfasting as i checked out looked well satisfied. "
