"This is an amazing comfortable hotel despite its size. The staff is extremely helpful & cordial every step of the way. Some downsides. If you’re an overpacker like me although rooms are quite large there isn’t adequate space to hang things or put into drawers. Breakfast buffet is outstanding, but when they get really busy in the morning you’re better off going to the barista to get your expresso or cappuccino. The lunch options were also outstanding. The drinks, wine & cocktails were stingy pours, especially at the sky bar which by the way has a spectacular view and very comfortable. The hotel is a keeper."
