Logement propre et spacieux. Tres bien placé, proche de toute les comodités. La rue en bas de l immeuble est passante mais les vitrages sont tres efficaces et permettent de ne pas etre gener par le bruit des voitures.La pisicne est tres agreables, la vue magnifique. Place de parking dans l'immeuble et yres spacieuse, un vrai plus.Enfin, la communication est simple et facile. L'hote a l'air disponible pour aider mais nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la solicité.Nous serions ravi de revenir dans cet appartement si nous venions à nouveau à Madere.

Tolles Appartement mit Blick über die Bucht
Pros: Es waren bequeme Betten in den 2 Schlafzimmern und eines hatte ein Bad ensuite. Insgesamt aber 2 vollwertig sehr modern und schön ausgestattete Bäder.
Die Küche bietet alles um auch Zuhause zu kochen und die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Es gibt eine Tiefgarage (Schlüssel liegt in der Wohnung beim Checkin).
Mit dem Bus oder Taxi ist es ganz einfach nach Funchal oder anderen Ausflugszielen zu gelangen und man kann sich wirklich überlegen ob man überhaupt ein Auto braucht.
Cons: Aktuell sind im Nebengebäude noch Bauarbeiten bis schätzungsweise Herbst 2025. Aber ab ca.17/18 Uhr war immer Ruhe und auch über mittags von 12- mindestens 14Uhr war komplett Ruhe.
