O quarto q ficamos é horrível. Me senti em um apartamento na cidade. Ouve tudo do quarto de cima. Descarga, porta batendo, salto alto, brigas... Pode ser q outros quartos sejam nism, mas os quartos de baixo são horríveis. Todo ano vou p monte verde, e esse foi o pior hotel.

A suíte duplex é ampla e confortável, dispondo de um ofurô e banheiro no piso superior. Sentimos falta, por questão de segurança, de um guarda corpo na saída do ofurô. Minha esposa caiu ao descer do degrau. Uma ducha higiênica em ao menos um dos banheiros seria muito útil. No mais, a pousada oferece um bom café da manhã. As funcionárias da recepção, em especial a Ingrid, foram 10.

Estadia muito boa, Bem localizada e inserida na natureza no meio de jardins naturais e diversas árvores de araucárias. Faltou um pouco de gerência no café da manhã. Uvas e mexericas muito maduras e reposição de alguns itens com atrazo.

As pessoas nos atenderam bem. Mas falta um pouco de proatividade. A limpeza do quarto definitivamente deixa a desejar, chão bem limpo, cama bem arrumada, porém, em locais de meia altura pra cima, como prateleiras por exemplo, mesmo depois de pedir pra limpar, a sujeira permaneceu do mesmo jeito. Tinham teias de aranha no forro, não eram poucas. Pelo valor cobrado (não foi barato), essas são falhas inconcebíveis. O café da manhã não varia, foram quatro cafés do mesmo jeito. Era um bom café, nada demais. Como nosso objetivo era curtir a cidade, ficamos pouco tempo no quarto e portanto não prejudicou nossas experiência na cidade. Mas, nessas condições não recomendo a pousada.

Muito boa a pousada gostei ,na recepção a atendente Natasha uma simpatia de pessoa.so precisam melhorar o café da manhã e TB o horário que é aparti das 9:00 isso atrapalha muito pra quem gosta de curtir os passeios turísticos!!!

A localização muito boa , mas tivemos problemas com um vazamento no banheiro que não foi solucionado, o café da manhã não repõem nem o pão de queijo, uma pena pq os chalés são lindos e a vista maravilhosa
