"Staff were excellent during the stay. The value of the chalet and onsite amenities is superb. Camilla at the breakfast cafe was very friendly and a pleasure to speak with in the mornings. The staff was very accommodating and patient despite me not knowing Portuguese with a few English speakers onsite. Will stay again if i have another weekend in the area"

"O conceito dos Domos era interessante. Mas faltou manutenção, não há arrumação dos quartos de um dia para outro. Chegamos e não tinha sabonetes. Tivemos que esperar. Não foi fornecido xampu. Também não tinham guardanapos disponíveis. O casal que ficava na recepção era simpático mas não conseguia atender as solicitações. E o chalé domo 06 em pleno inverno é extremamente quente pois a cortina mal impede a entrada do sol. Em compensação o chalé domo 07 é um gelo pois o aquecedor não dá conta."

"I can't imagine a better Pousada! Everything was taken care of perfectly from Sabrina (hostess) literally coming to greet us as we unloaded our luggage to the beautifully appointed chalet. There really wasn't a check in process, she just walked us to our chalet (we stayed in the Exclusive) and walked us through everything in the chalet.
The breakfast was perfect and the Chalet was exactly as pictured. Super romantic with the sunken hot tub, fireplace and huge comfortable bed. The heated...
