"The hotel is an impressive structure amongst other impressive buildings. Reception staff are good and sort things out efficiently. The rooms are generous in size and are fitted very nicely. Big patio doors are nice but a tad heavy to open. The rooms are well cleaned each day. The restaurant is ok. The bar is nice and the barman particularly good. "This property was beautiful, however extremely hard to find. We also had a room for 3 people and getting additional towels was a hassle. We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities "
