Located in Calviac-en-Périgord, this unique 4 m² tiny house welcomes up to 2 guests in a single room.
The bathroom and toilets are shared and located outside.
Enjoy the shared garden, your own open terrace, and the communal heated outdoor pool. You also have access to shared leisure facilities: billiards, table tennis, playground, fitness equipment, and tennis court.
A barbecue and garden furniture are provided for a pleasant stay. You can also rent bikes for a full or half day.
Shared on-site parking for 1 vehicle is included, and 1 pet is allowed on a leash on the property. Parties are not permitted. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.
For an extra fee, you can access the sauna, request breakfast service, use the washing machine and dryer, or privatize the pool. Charcoal for the barbecue is not provided. The site is protected by video surveillance in common areas, except pool areas. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet in the accommodation and shared spaces.
