Recently renovated, this 55 m² stone house is semi-detached to the owners' house (retired farmers) but offers complete privacy. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped open-plan living area with a kitchenette including a fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and more, as well as a lounge area with a television and sofa. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). (The maximum occupancy of the cottage is four people.) There is also a shower room with a shower and two sinks, and a separate toilet. Guests can enjoy the 20 m² terrace in front of the cottage, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and an electric griddle, as well as the 180 m² courtyard. Baby equipment includes a travel cot, high chair, and changing mat.

The owner will be delighted to show you her henhouse (hens, roosters, rabbits, chickens). In Calviac, you can visit the ferryman's house, a testament to the river's past trade; the last ferry crossing took place in 1952. You can also take advantage of the proximity to world-renowned tourist sites such as Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage (11 km), the fortified town of Domme (17 km), the village of La Roque-Gageac, and the castles of the Dordogne Valley. In the neighboring departments: the Padirac Cave, Rocamadour, Saint-Cyr-Lapopie, and Collonges-la-Rouge.
