"We were not happy with this hotel and therefore left a day early. Our main concern was that there was little air circulation and no air condition, only a fan, that made an annoying noise, and if we opened the window there was a lot of noise from the street. Even though we were not in Rouen during a particularly hot time, the room was extremely warm. The hotel room only had basic facilities, no fridge or ironing board. There was no elevator in the hotel. "Rooms and comfort ok. Staff very friendly and helpful, doing their best. Hotel could do with a bit of care - e.g. light in corridor not working, windows either only opening fully (ground level to carpark) or not at all and no A/C or fan. No-one there after 8pm. Shares some facilities with next doors hotel (e.g. their swimming pool). Overall ok for a night."
