Hi Sandra, Regarding the request for early check in, you sent us an email in a very short notice. This email request was actually went to our spam folder and I just found out due to your review. Early check in or late check out are usually requested 3 days prior to your booking. The beds are exactly the same as advertise and regarding the cleanliness, it would be very helpful if you contacted us during your stay so we can send our staff back to check and fix the issue. We are sorry for disappointing you but all issues could have been reported and address immediately if any contact has been made.
