The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and it is in much better condition. (Thus higher price now - double). We did not use the pool so did not rate that. The staff at the reception desk was a bit “snooty” for my taste. They cater to the very wealthy I’m sure, but that doesn’t excuse them from friendly and courteous verbal communication skills with all guests. If they were in fact trying, they really need to try harder.
