"One of the nights we stayed in two different rooms and the floor was sticky from a soda spill or something liquid sticky try to get the housekeeper’s help, but they did not understand. English went to the office. The gentleman at the front desk grabbed a mop and mop the floor for us still ended up finding several sticky spots, but the fact that he jumped right in I really appreciated it."

"There was nothing special here- and while we paid for a 'deluxe' king room there was nothing deluxe about it- very basic and a bit rough around the edges. There were a bunch of kids playing in the pool so we passed on that amenity, though it was nice that there was a bar/restaurant with a covered patio area adjacent to have some drinks and snacks poolside. "

"I can only say that the owners are not interested in investing in this property to do any upgrades. We go every year. Its sad to see that it's degrading. Dirty carpets on the stairs, hallways, rooms. Dirty walls and windows. Old shower heads and leaking water in the bathroom. Some rooms have been upgraded , but very few from what I understood when talking to other people staying there. Many disappointed. Unkept pools (which is so sad bc the water is so great). Ripped pool chairs. The restaurant is decent, but nothing worth to stay in to eat more then once. Staff is nice... I ll give it another try next year, but I ll have to start looking somewhere else when going to Indian wells tennis tournament every year ... "
