"Pool was out of service, so was spa, television didn’t work front desk had to call maintenance, waited almost 2 hours, finally just signed in on our phone for a remote because remote didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work, brought a new one, that didn’t work, maintenance finally showed up fixed the new hair dryer right before we were going to bed. Still waiting 10 days later for my $50 deposit, called today, mailbox full, called main number to Travelodge, they were suppose to call back, never did. Very disappointed with hotel and customer service."

"Lovely hotel, felt very safe and welcomed. Only complaint would be that the smell of weed on our floor was horrible. Non-smoking should be for all forms of smoking. Thankful it didn't seep into our room, just in the hallway."
