"I had a great sleep"

"Stay was good, other than the fact there was an old receipt in my bed. I checked in and we went to bed at night, in the freshly made bed I opened the covers and there was a crumpled receipt! The note book was also opened to a weird drawing, as well as some tissue in the garbage. This was an automatic turn off, the desk was nice and removed parking costs, but still. Really weird. Otherwise everything was good, staff is good, location is central, won’t stay again due to these weird things though. Also pool was closed for maintenance and same thing happened during summer when I was there.. "

"Closet hanger was completely separated off the wall, the balcony door would not close properly and when it did close, it slammed extremely hard. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on and the hot water was scalding. Our last morning we were rudely awaken to an extreme loud couple that rented the room at 3am for only a few hours to nothing related to sleeping. Completely unacceptable for a child to have to hear that."

"Room was clean, hot tub was actually Hot, they helped us open bottles at midnight as we were missing a bottle opener. Warm underground parking. We would stay again. "
